False teachers are everywhere and there may be even more on the internet than anywhere else. We here at Realchristian.net will attempt to reveal some of the biggest offenders who claim to be speaking truth, while at the same time they twist, distort, add to and subtract from the word of God to fit their own agenda and in most cases to line their pockets with other peoples money in the name of God. Two of these false teachers/prophets/witnesses right now on the web are at www.escapeallthesethings.com and the other even bigger one is www.the-end.com

The authors of 'know the future' and 'God's final witness', claim to not only be the only appointed and only prophets or witnesses of God in these last days but also to have all this 'new information' and some inside stuff on the book of Revelation and end times prophesy that no one else can have. To make matters worse one says he is in fact one of the two witnesses written about in Revelation. We here are waiting for the fire that he is going to spew from his mouth any day now as it says in Revelation they will be able to do at will.  We have studied these books and they are woefully inept and far reaching on many fronts. Bottom line is it does not line up with the word of God and here are just a few examples:  First 'know the future' is covered here, then 'God's final witness'

1. Anyone who calls themselves 'the only one' on anything has to be questioned to start with, because that is reserved for Jesus and Jesus alone.  Nowhere in all of scripture does it say there will be one end time prophet, but it says instead that the elect (which are true all Christians, millions of them) will be able to discern the times AND false teachers AND even calculate the number of the beast to identify the antichrist at the right time. The bible says anyone with wisdom will be able to do this and who has wisdom?  Most of the elect, especially the ones who pray for such wisdom. God never withholds spiritual wisdom from those who ask for it, for it is one of the spiritual gifts that can't be bought with money.

Another problem with anyone saying they are the only one is, and if this were even possible how would this one prophet or witness get his message or books out to 6 billion people, most of whom do not have internet access, when his only method of distribution is in fact the internet and maybe a few obscure radio interviews. Answer: Not going to happen and utterly impossible.

The reality is there are many millions of 'end time prophets/witnesses' and they are at work now and have been for years. They are the salt and light of the earth and are scattered everywhere. They are also one in the spirit of God and are all on the same page so to speak because they have been filled AND empowered by his holy spirit. This is something these two and many others like them don't understand. Just because spiritually lazy and rich Americans are not doing the right thing spiritually, does not mean there are not millions elsewhere living the Christian faith the way it is supposed to be lived.

There are miracles of healings and even resurrections of the dead by the hundreds and thousands going on in other parts of the world where the real Christians are suffering for Christ and faced with being murdered, raped and tortured for their faith and mainly by dictators and militant Muslims. This does not happen yet in America, but that could change too.

We here in America would rather believe in a lie like put forth in 'God's final witness' because it makes us feel comfortable and we are all about that aren't we? Here are more distortions:

He says the 144,000 Jews that will be separated, sealed and called during the tribulation to preach the gospel are not Jews, but they will be Christians. Wrong. Not only does Revelation specifically say they are Jews, it also calls out 12,000 from each of the 12 tribes. To get this wrong is blatant twisting and outright denial of the word that has already been written.

He assigns to these 144,000 some sort of super evangelism powers that only they can possess, as if the current Christians numbered in the hundreds of millions, can't or are not getting anything done now. He also says they will be performing miracles etc. like the apostles did and real Christians do now by the way. As if we are looking for 144,000 people to change the world as only Christ himself can do. The reality is for whatever reason, Jews for the most part have a hard time listening to anyone trying to preach to them that Christ has already come but they rejected him 2000 years ago. But come the great tribulation, this will all change and they will accept Christ in huge numbers as their messiah and realize it was he all along.

The 144,000 will be preaching the truth of the messiah to the Jews who are alive at that time, the 144,000 will not need to be preaching the word to anyone else since this is already being accomplished now and will be up until the elect are taken out of this world. Also the gospel angel spoke about in Rev.14:6, will preach the gospel to the whole world again showing the 144,000 are for some other purpose.  But to think 144,000 could convert some 6-7 billion people is more than unrealistic anyway, not that all mankind will ever be saved to start with, but even half would be an probable impossibility. Each one would have to convert approx. 30,000 people to Christ, this is a virtual impossibility, plus it says time and time again in Revelation  that most people will not be saved and will not repent of their wicked deeds. The 144,000 will be sealed by God to do God's work so they can't be harmed until their mission is complete, otherwise they would all be killed. The bible also says they will be virgins and not defiled by women.

He attacks anyone who believes in a pre-tribulation rapture of the elect. Now that is most Christians, but though we here at realchristian.net believe also in a pre-trib stance, we aren't so married to it that we are fools. If Jesus does not snatch up the elect until the middle or the end of the seven year tribulation then so be it. We are ready and will be ready whenever that occurs. But the fact is Jesus has to honor his word, so a sixth seal pre-tribulation, pre wrath Rapture has to occur, otherwise the word can't be trusted at all.

There is far more scriptural evidence however in a pre-tribulation rapture than in any other stance. The breaking of the sixth seal which is the kick-off event for the great tribulation to start, also speaks of this great event as Jesus himself did in Matt. 24:29 and of course the homerun verse which proves beyond a shadow of doubt a pre-tribulation rapture: Rev. 7:13. It shows these raptured elect in heaven already as John saw them.

Though there are elect spoken about after this event, they obviously are not the same group as described in Rev. 7:13. There will be the elect of the nation of Israel and any who will not accept the mark of the beast. To live for Christ during the tribulation will be much harder than it is now, although here is something to think about:

Imagine you are a lukewarm 'Christian' who knows the bible inside and out but you don't live it. In fact you may know the bible better than some who are labeled as 'Jesus freaks' for example, but you are living in sin and hoping that Jesus does not come back anytime soon because if he did you know you would not be ready. Matt 24:40 reads: Two men will be working in a field, one will be taken the other left. Two women will be grinding at the mill, one will be taken the other left. This of course describes the 'rapture of the elect' as we pre-tribbers believe in and have so coined the event of the elect being snatched up and changed in the twinkling of an eye.

But the thought to ponder is, what of the ones left behind as the books and movie series so aptly told about? Well it is more than reasonable to assume they too will know the truth of the gospel because they will be working side by side with one who is not ashamed of the gospel of Christ and at some point had told the ones left behind about their faith as well as the ones left behind having seen them live their faith.

So many who will be left behind will know the truth and they will be the ones most likely to suffer even more greatly than any before them. If they accept the mark of the beast to buy and sell, they will eventually be thrown into the lake of fire, if they don't they will either starve to death or be killed by the antichrist for not bowing to his will, then they would gain heaven too for being martyred for the cause of Christ.

Here is another problem in 'Know the future' He claims even if you accept the mark, you can repent and be saved, but that's not what the bible says. But to wait that long when today is the day of salvation is foolish anyway. The reality is, God does not have to give anyone of us one more minute to breathe air unless he wills it. Anyone who rejects Christ now or then is playing with literal hell fire.

Ok back to 'know the future'. Another problem he has is saying that miracles including healing and more are not for today, but only for back in Jesus day. Well again that's not what the bible says, nor what thousands are experiencing now. While it's true that the American church especially, is not experiencing any revival currently that could change in an instant with just one catastrophic event and sadly that may be what needs to happen to wake us up out of our slumber.

But there are reports from the mission field outside of America of incredible healings as well as resurrections and other miracles happening all over the world much more so than in America. Why? Simple, just read the letters to the churches in Revelation chapters two and three and you will find the problems with the churches that we have even to this day and how these problems can keep us from the real blessings that God has for us.

The persecuted church (Smyrna) and the faithful church (Philadelphia), which can in no way be associated with the American church, are the only two who were not reprimanded by Jesus. The other five churches were all reprimanded and told if they did not straighten up they would be punished severely. If you don't think being spit of Jesus mouth severe as in the letter to the church of Laodicea which many believe including us is the American church today, than you are deluded.

The church of Laodicea was and is outed for being rich and saying because of their wealth, they are in need of nothing, but Jesus said they were and are naked, wretched, poor, blind and miserable and of course he means spiritually. For us not to think this is us is indeed blind and if we call ourselves Christians, we do need to repent of our lukewarmness before it's too late and we number with the left behind.

Now before some who want to say, but this letter to the Laodiceans was for the first century church only, we here would say, what about the other four letters all of which are equally as harsh? In fact, it breaks down like this. Ephesus was labeled a loveless church, Pergamos a compromising church, Thyatira a corrupt church and Sardis a dead church.

These are not what Christians are to be and these letters are perfect examples that should tell us church attendance is not where it's at, but where our hearts and personal relationships are with Jesus. Do we really know him, or do we only say we know him.. Matt 7:21-23 reads:
"Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. Many will say to Me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles? And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS.

Wow heavy stuff here folks. This is the kind of stuff that really no one wants to hear, because imagine doing the ultimate in good works, healing, casting out demons, miracles and still not making it to heaven.

The author talks about how most of the book of Revelation needs to be interpreted literally and he is correct on that. In fact most of the bible needs to be interpreted literally not just Revelation, but he says one thing and then does another like so many today. He says it needs to be interpreted it literally but then he goes ahead and has his own interpretation as proven above.

He sadly then veers way of his prophetic path and gets into other doctrine that he knows even less about than prophesy. He says some wonder why not all who pray for healing get healed, then he attributes this lack of action on Gods part to these types of things only happened with the apostles. He says all miracles stopped with Jesus and the twelve apostles.

I guess he missed the rest of the new testament from Acts to Revelation which is strewn with miracles that Paul, not one of the original twelve and many others who were filled with the holy spirit accomplished after they were saved. Not only that, but we here at realchristian.net know many personally who have been healed in our own families. I guess the author would say these healings didn't happen in Jesus name? There is always a reason why God does not heal all and its his reasons that matter not ours. They can be as varied as the believer who has sin to deal with first in their life (and this usually is the culprit) to its just not his will to he wants to leave some sort of thorn in our flesh so that we will depend on him more or to bring him glory as follows:

There is a lady named
Joni Eareckson Tada who is a quadriplegic confined to a wheelchair, who is also an amazing artist. Amazing because she paints and draws with a brush in her mouth. You would not think she could do quality work in a condition like this but she does you can check her work out at: http://www.joniandfriends.org. The reason we bring her up is to prove that God does not always heal for his reasons. To think she has never asked for healing since 1967 would be ridiculous, but that's how long she has been chair bound since she broke her neck. Look how much glory God has received through her ministry and talent since then. Its astounding and points to how Gods ways are not our ways, never have been never will be.

Ok now for 'God's final witness' critique and contradictions and this is not all of them.

1. He claims that the 144,000 end times witnesses that will be Jews are to be resurrected in a massive resurrection. You call 144,000 massive? Then he claims later in the book that the real Christian church which numbers in the hundreds of millions if not billions already are not real Christians. Really all of them sir? Then he says 144,000 is a small number and what God originally intended for the church not millions. So which is it massive or small?

2.
He says time has run out for man, and of course there is partial truth in this, but we would add time is running out  for false prophets as well.

3.He
denies the trinity and its importance, yet the father could not look on the son when he became sin on the cross, so there's two and the third person the Holy spirit is in every believer right now. Its not rocket science. Jesus is now at the right hand of the father.

4. He
Claims his book is the truth, not the bible.

5. He S
ays we should all be afraid of what's about to take place on the earth, when Jesus himself always told us not to fear or worry about anything but instead pray about everything.

6. He
Claims the sixth seal has been opened already. Question, when did the sun grow dark and the moon turn to blood with a worldwide massive earthquake along with stars falling to earth? Sorry we missed that one.

7.
He says he is the spokesman for Gods two final witnesses while at the same time being one of them. So is it two or three? Are you the spokesman for the two real ones?

8.
Again that pesky fire problem. When will you be shooting fire from your mouth and killing people? And we are to see this on TV correct? Please let us know the hour day and channel so we can all tune in.

9.
If you are one of his two end time prophets, why then are you relegated to writing books and ebooks? We think the real dudes will have more power than that.

10.
He asks in a chapter, why so much massive destruction?  Simple, because he is a Holy God and is sick of mans sinful ways and rejection of his son who died to save them, plus it was prophesied and all biblical prophesy must come true.

11.
The mystery of God revealed. Another bogus chapter on only he knows God and his ways and we cant by reading and believing the bible for ourselves.  Apparently Jesus died for nothing and we are waiting for the 144,000 super evangelists to clean up the mess. The reality is he is part of the great deception. Even the book of Revelation is not that hard to understand, for those who want to understand it.

12.
He claims there are two branches of Christianity. Reality is there are more than that, but almost all of Christianity agrees on the Lordship and headship of Jesus Christ with his death and resurrection being the cornerstone. Whether Catholic or Protestant if you believe this and live it or in other words do what the bible teaches, then you are a true Christian and don't let anyone tell you different.

13.
He claims to be a prophet but does not even cover the seven letters to the churches in Revelation, he only mentions them in passing. Perhaps the most important letters ever written to mankind period. These letters are amazing because no one wants to talk about them. Most in Christianity don't even want to because they are too judgmental they say and we don't want to actually change our behavior, we want to excuse our sin. But if the author would read them he would have seen that two of the seven letters actually have this Christianity thing right.

Both the church of Philadelphia and the church of Smyrna were not reprimanded for doing anything wrong, but instead told to protect what they had and keep on keeping on in Christ. This would be a problem for the author because he believes no one has is right but he and the very small number of his followers and this is the definition of a cult by the way. But the reality is approx. half the Christian church has it right and the other half does not along with the majority of the American church, which we believe is the church of Laodicea with a few of the other churches problems thrown in for good measure.

Corruption, being spiritually dead(going through the motions of religion), loveless ( forming clicks and not caring about outsiders) and compromising ( looking more like the world than what a true Christian is supposed to). All these problems we are experiencing in the American church, for the most part to not hound the churches outside of America. In fact they are now sending missionaries to America to wake us up! The persecuted church is mainly the ones outside of America.

There are hundreds of millions who are in fact living the way they should and being the salt and light of the earth. There are some fine Catholics as well as some fine Protestants who believe and live what the bible says. However at the same time there are great numbers in the church that are lukewarm and doing the wrong things. So some are ready for Christ's return and others are not, just as Jesus said it would be when he comes back.
