|There are many, many promises in the word of God that a believer can claim for his or her own so we won't go into listing them all but instead want to point out how we are to go about bringing them to fruition in our lives. It would do little good to tell someone you can have thus and so but not tell them how to get it. In other words, there are things one has to do first before one can realize the promises in ones own life. Do 'A' and 'B' will come to pass etc. Do it not and you don't get 'B'. So really this comes down to being a doer of the word and not just a hearer only.
There are many hearers only who will never get all they can from God and will constantly be living the roller coaster life that so many seem to be content doing. Some say you can have your best life now and all you do is claim wealth into your life or material things as if God were a genie in a bottle and you just call on him when you need him, then after that relegate him back to the bottle or lamp you summoned him from or at least think you summoned him from. Truth is God does not exist to serve us but the other way around. We exist and were created to serve and obey him. The ones that do this are the ones who are able to call on Jesus when they need and he answers because there is already a relationship there between the two. Also when one gets the 'mind of God' ones desires changes and the things of this world grow strangely dim in the light of HIS GLORY AND GRACE.
You see it's not about us, it's about him. When we finally give our ENTIRE lives, beings, finances and thoughts then he will open the windows of heaven for something you won't even be able to contain and part of that might just be wealth, but not for you, but to help grow HIS kingdom. Oh he may give you back enough to be able to live a nice comfortable life with all the perks that to this world is so important, but the spiritual things that one can't even put a price tag on are much more valuable than the material things which can easily be stolen.
For instance what good would it be to have a million dollars if you were bed ridden or had some life threatening disease? I would rather be healthy and have just enough to get by materially and be able to enjoy life having all my faculties than to have millions but can't enjoy it. Or how about if you had it all but no one loved you or you felt so alone in the world that the pain on the inside made it so you could care less about how much money you had.
So how does one claim all that God has for us? Surrender. Full surrender to the one who controls and owns all things. Matthew 6:33 "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."
Seek him with all your heart mind and soul then he will give to you more than you could ever contain and most of it won't be material, but spiritual. The kind of stuff that would allow you to be even thrown into prison but at the same time be the happiest you could ever be in your entire life.
